Education:

  • in 1999, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports";
  • in 2015, completed a Master's programme at the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" with a degree in "Theory and Methods of Physical Education, Sports Training, Health and Adaptive Physical Culture" and was awarded the degree of Master of Pedagogical Sciences.

Professional activity:

  • karate-do instructor at the club of the Academy of Physical Education and Sports (1996–2000);
  • instructor-methodologist in sports at the BNTU sports club (1999–2001);
  • lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of the Minsk Institute of Management (2001–2011);
  • lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of BNTU (2011–2012);
  • senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture since 2012;
  • from 2012 to 2019, conducted classes with groups of the Special Educational Department (SED);
  • in 2019, responsible for sports and mass activities at the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering;
  • since 2020, began conducting classes with foreign students in a foreign language (English);
  • is a co-author of the methodological manual "Outdoor Games in Physical Education Classes in the Special Medical Department";
  • monitors the health status of students and, based on the results, selects appropriate exercises and doses the load. Introduces into the educational process sets of exercises based on martial arts.

Research activity:

  • has 15 publications and 1 implementation act into the educational process.

Continuing professional development:

  • "Modern problems of theory and practice of physical education of students", "Peculiarities of physical education of students with health disorders" (2011);
  • February 2020 – at the State Educational Establishment "Republican Institute of Higher Education" with a programme "Current aspects of professional activity of a study group curator";
  • March–May 2022 – at BNTU, a foreign language course "Practice of Oral and Written Speech" (English, Intermediate level);
  • March 2023 – at the Educational Establishment of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus "International University MITSO" with a programme "Activities of trade union organisations in modern conditions";
  • April–June 2023 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with an English language programme for the teaching staff of BNTU.

Sports achievements:

  • Master of Sports in karate-do (1994);
  • 3rd dan WKC (2005), 2nd dan WF (2004), 1st dan WSKF (1996);
  • two-time European champion and multiple prize-winner of World and European championships in karate-do;
  • in total, at the World and European Championships (1994–2005) won 14 medals: 2 gold (1998), 8 silver (1994, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2001), 4 bronze (1994, 1995, 1996, 2004).

Was awarded BNTU Certificates as the best curator of 2019–2020.
