In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of History of the Belarusian State University.
In 1999 He defended his thesis on the topic
"Collaborationism on the territory of Belarus in 1941-1944".
In 2003 he was awarded the academic title of Associate ProfessorPublished more than 40 scientific publications.
Over the past five years, he has published 12 works,
including 3 textbooks (co-authored) and a popular science publication (co-authored).
