Andrey Ivanovich Rakhley is a specialist in the research, development, and production of electropneumatic drives for braking systems of mobile vehicles. He graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1985. He began his career as an engineer in the industry research laboratory of wheeled tractors. From 1988 to 1991, he was a graduate student at the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute. From 1991 to 1993, he was a junior researcher at the Laboratory of Automated and Control Systems of the National Research Institute of Tractors and Innovative Technologies. Since 1993, he has been a candidate of technical sciences, and since 1994, an associate professor in the Tractors Department. He is the author of over 75 scientific articles and published abstracts, including 10 teaching aids, and 27 inventions. He was awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Belarusian National Technical University.
Area of activity: Research, creation and production of hydropneumatic control systems for units and assemblies of wheeled and tracked vehicles.
