Rakhlei Andrei Ivanovich  - a specialist in the field of research, development and production of electropneumatic drives for braking systems of mobile machines. Graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1985. Began working as an engineer in the industry research laboratory of wheeled tractors. From 1988 to 1991 - a postgraduate student of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute. From 1991 to 1993 - a junior researcher at the ANILKT. Since 1993 - a candidate of technical sciences, since 1994 - an associate professor of the department "Tractors". Author of more than 75 scientific articles and published abstracts of reports, including 10 teaching aids, 27 inventions. Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Belarusian National Technical University.

Field of activity: Research, development and production of hydropneumatic control systems for components and assemblies of wheeled and tracked vehicles.
