Education:

  • in 2002, graduated from the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports";
  • in 2009, completed a Master's programme at the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank" with a degree in "Theory and Methods of Physical Education, Sports Training, Health and Adaptive Physical Culture".

Professional activity:

  • 2002–2005 – physical education teacher at Secondary School No. 161 in Minsk;
  • 2005–2011 – lecturer at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus;
  • 2011–2012 – lecturer at BSPU named after M. Tank;
  • since 2012 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
  • since 2017 – senior lecturer at the department;
  • fulfilled teaching load in academic groups of the main academic department of the Faculty of Architecture; then of the Faculty of Energy; in 2021, was responsible for sports and mass activities at the Faculty of Energy;
  • uses innovative methods for developing physical qualities in his work; during the period of distance learning, successfully mastered the work on the Teams educational platform;
  • develops methodological recommendations for programming independent physical exercises aimed at increasing the general physical endurance of students of a technical university.

Research activity:

  • conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students"; monitors indicators of students' physical fitness;
  • studies the dynamics of students' physical fitness during the academic year and during the period of study at BNTU;
  • has 11 printed works.

Continuing professional development:

  • 2007–2009 – Master's studies at the EE "BSPU named after M. Tank";
  • 2015 – RIIT BNTU;
  • January–February 2019 – BNTU course "Organisation and methodological support of swimming classes for students";
  • March–April 2021 – BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with a programme "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods";
  • January 2023 – at the EE "BSUPC" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming";
  • October–December 2023 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with an English language programme for the teaching staff of BNTU.
