Education:
- in 1997, graduated from the Mogilev State Pedagogical Institute named after A.A. Kuleshov with a degree in "Russian Language and Literature";
- in 2005, obtained a second higher education degree at Mogilev State University named after A.A. Kuleshov with a degree in "Physical Culture. Special Training".
Professional activity:
- since 1990 – laboratory assistant, methodologist of the educational and methodological department, lecturer at Mogilev State University named after A.A. Kuleshov (MSU);
- since 2013 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of MSU named after A.A. Kuleshov;
- from 23 March 2023 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
- fulfills teaching load in groups of the Special Educational Department;
- is engaged in physical education of students with health disorders, valeological education of youth, healthy lifestyle technologies, and educational and methodological support of the educational process;
- winner of the competition of educational and methodological developments of MSU named after A.A. Kuleshov in 2015, 2nd place in 2020.
Research activity:
- conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students";
- author of more than 60 scientific and educational publications, including in peer-reviewed scientific journals;
- participant in more than 14 scientific conferences, including international ones.
Continuing professional development:
- in March 2020, at the State Educational Establishment "Republican Institute of Higher Education" with a programme "Innovative forms and methods of forming students' worldview within the educational framework".
