In 2000 he graduated with honors from Kamenets-Podolsk State
University with a degree in History. Candidate of Historical Sciences
(2008), associate professor (2010). Author of more than 100 scientific papers, including
four monographs. Area of scientific interests: history of higher education
technical school and socio-political processes in Belarus during
second half of the 19th – early 20th centuries.
Awarded the medal “For Labor Merit”, Certificate of Honor of the Minister
natural resources and environmental protection, Certificate of Merit
administration of the Sovetsky district of Minsk, Certificate of Honor from BNTU and
etc.
