Education:

in 1979, graduated with honours from the Belarusian Order of the Red Banner of Labour State Institute of Physical Culture (BSUPC) with a degree in "Physical Education".

Professional activity:

since 1983 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute;
since 1998 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Education of BPI–BSPA, and then at the Department of Physical Culture of BNTU;
at the department, is responsible for advanced training and participation in competitions of the teaching staff at the Sports and Technical Faculty; at the Department of Physical Culture, is responsible for participation in competitions and advanced training;
fulfills teaching load in groups of the main department of the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering;
developed and applies an author's system of physical exercises aimed at strengthening the musculoskeletal system;
applies the scientific and methodological foundations of crossfit to develop general endurance of BNTU students;
during the period of distance learning, successfully mastered the work on the Teams educational platform.

Research activity:

conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of organised and independent classes with elements of fitness and health systems for BNTU students";
conducts a confirmatory experiment related to assessing the level of physical qualities development in students of the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering;
based on the results of the previous departmental research theme, has published 10 scientific papers;
regularly participates in scientific-methodological conferences of BNTU;
has 5 publications in the last 5 years.

Continuing professional development:

October 2012 – internship at the Belarusian Armwrestling Federation;
in 2014 – at RIIT BNTU with a programme "Psychological, pedagogical and methodological support of swimming classes for students";
January–February 2019 – at RIIT BNTU;
March–April 2021 – at the BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with a programme "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods";
February 2025 – at the EE "BSUPC" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming".
