Vitaly Viktorovich Chueshkov.
In 1984, he entered the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute, Faculty of Robotics and Robotic Systems, specializing in Robotic Systems.
He graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1992.
He worked at the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Food as a design engineer, and since September 2007, as a leading occupational safety and civil defense engineer.

In February 2008, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in specialty 05.18.04 "Food Production Processes and Equipment."
He has published approximately 40 scientific papers and one patent.
Since 2025, he has been working
at BNTU in the Occupational Safety Department as an associate professor.
Specializes in the following areas:
- occupational safety;
- civil defense;
- fire safety.
