- in 1999, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Health and Adaptive Physical Culture (Health-oriented)".

- January 1998 – August 2008 – athlete-instructor of the National Team of the Republic of Belarus in Taekwondo;
- September 2008 – August 2015 – taekwondo coach-teacher at the Specialised Children's and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve of Trade Unions;
- September 2015 – August 2023 – taekwondo coach-teacher at the Republican State School of Olympic Reserve;
- September 2024 – senior lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University.
Research activity:
- conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students";
- has 2 published scientific papers.

- January 2024 – at the Centre "Higher School of Coaches of BSUPC" with an educational programme "Modern approaches to building sports training in various sports";
- February 2025 – at the EE "BSUPC" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming".

- since 2002 – International Category Referee;
- 2009–2014, 2019–2024 – coach of the highest qualification category in Taekwondo;
- World Cup (France, 2000 – 1st place);
- World Championship (South Korea, 2001 – 3rd place); among military personnel (USA, 2002 – 2nd place);
- World Universiade (South Korea, 2003 – 3rd place), (Turkey, 2005 – 2nd place);
- European Championship (Norway, 2004 – 1st place), (Greece, 2000 – 2nd place), (Netherlands, 1994 – 3rd place), (Turkey, 2002 – 3rd place), (Latvia, 2005 – 3rd place).
