- in 2001, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".

- 08.2001 – 31.08.2002 – physical education teacher at Secondary School No. 109 in Minsk; Department of Physical Education of BSPA;
- 09.2016 – 16.08.2017 – physical education teacher at Secondary School No. 173 in Minsk;
- from 23 October 2024 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
- fulfills teaching load in special medical groups of various faculties of BNTU.
Research activity:
- conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2021–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students";
- is engaged in comparative characteristics of physical condition indicators of students in study groups to determine the optimal structure of classes.
