Education:
- in 1995, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Physical Culture".
Professional activity:
- since 1995 – therapeutic exercise instructor-methodologist at the Republican Dispensary of Sports Medicine and Medical Rehabilitation;
- since 2001 – Senior Lecturer, Head of the Department of Health Physical Culture at the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" (EE "BSUPC"); Head of the Department, Associate Professor at the Department of Fitness Technology at EE "BSUPC";
- since 2010 – Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences;
- since 2014 – holds the academic title of Associate Professor in "Pedagogy";
- since 2024 – Associate Professor (0.25 of a full-time position), Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU;
- fulfills teaching load at the Faculty of Energy and the Faculty of Mining Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
Research activity:
- conducts research within the framework of the R&D theme of the Department of Physical Culture carried out by the teaching staff during the second half of the working day (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of complex fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students";
- supervised 17 Master's students while working at BSUPC, including 3 citizens of the PRC;
- since 2024 – supervises Master's students who are citizens of the PRC studying at BNTU. Under her supervision, 7 Master's theses have been successfully defended;
- has published more than 50 scientific papers, including 17 in the last 5 years.
Continuing professional development:
- November 2023 – programme "University 3.0: Design, Assessment and Diagnostics of Learning Outcomes" at the Republican Institute of Higher Education (RIHE);
- January 2026 – programme "Current issues of organisation and content of physical education in higher education institutions" at BSUPC.
