Education:

in 1979, graduated from the Belarusian State Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".

Professional activity:

since 1982 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute (BPI);
since 1989 – senior lecturer at the Department of BPI–BSPA–BNTU;
from 1984 to 2018 – responsible for sports and mass activities at the Faculty of Information Technologies and Robotics (FITR) on behalf of the department;
fulfills teaching load in groups of the main department of FITR;
developed and implements a special methodology for independent exercises to develop students' endurance;
participated in the development of the "Athletics" section within the framework of writing the curriculum for the discipline "Physical Culture" for BNTU students (2018);
during the period of distance learning, successfully mastered the work on the Teams educational platform.

Research activity:

conducts research within the framework of the departmental research theme carried out during the second half of the working day of the teaching staff (2020–2025, state registration No. 21-287) "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students";
developed and implements a special methodology for independent exercises to develop students' endurance;
constantly participates in national and university scientific-practical (methodological) conferences;
has published 8 scientific papers in the last 5 years.

Continuing professional development:

in 2004 – with the National Team of the Republic of Belarus in Athletics;
in 2009 – at the Institute for Advanced Training of BSUPC;
in 2015 – at RIIT BNTU in the field "Psychological, pedagogical and methodological support of swimming classes for students";
March–April 2021 – BNTU branch "Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining" with a programme "Innovative Educational Technologies and Methods";
January 2023 – Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming";
February 2026 – EE "BSUPC" with a programme "Organisation of Classes and Methods of Teaching Swimming".
