Education:
- in 2002, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports".
Professional activity:
- since 2002 – instructor-methodologist in general physical training at the State Physical Culture and Health Enterprise "Minsk City Centre 'Longevity'";
- from February 2012 – lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture of the Sports and Technical Faculty of BNTU with hourly pay;
- from April 2017 – senior lecturer at the department;
- fulfills teaching load at the main department of the Construction Faculty (CF);
- since 2016 – responsible for sports and mass activities at the CF;
- develops methodological recommendations for programming independent physical exercises for CF students;
- mastered the work on the Teams educational platform during distance learning.
Research activity:
- conducts research in line with the departmental research theme;
- monitors the dynamics of physical fitness and functional state of CF students during the academic year and over the period of study at BNTU;
- participates in international and national conferences;
- has 8 printed works.

- January–February 2012 – Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of the Educational Establishment "Belarusian State University of Physical Culture" (EE "BSUPC");
- 2015 – Republican Institute of Innovative Technologies of BNTU;
