- in 1998, graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and Sports of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in "Physical Culture and Sports";
- in 2008, graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University with a degree in "Enterprise Management Economics".

- 1998–1999 – athlete-instructor of the Basketball Club "Olimpia", Grodno;
- January 1999 – August 2002 – athlete-instructor of the Soviet District Public Association, Minsk, physical education teacher;
- 2009–2011 – senior instructor-methodologist of the State Institution "Moscow Physical Culture and Health Centre";
- 2011–2014 – instructor-methodologist of the Sports and Cultural Complex "Arena";
- 2020–2023 – basketball instructor-methodologist of the Specialised Children's and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve "Horizont" of Trade Unions;
- from 20 November 2024 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Technical Faculty, Belarusian National Technical University.
Research activity:
- conducts research within the framework of the research theme of the Department of Physical Culture "Programming of integrated fitness workouts in physical education of BNTU students".

- since 1997 – Candidate for Master of Sports in basketball;
- since 2020 – sports referee of the 1st category in basketball;
- repeatedly participated in the championships of the Republic of Belarus (RB), the Cups of the RB; University Spartakiads of the RB among women in basketball and won prize-winning places.
