In November of 2017 Dadykin A.K., PhD in Engineering , Associate Professor of the "Information Systems and Technologies" Department of the International Institute of Distance Education, Member of IEEE, Senior Member of IEDRC took part in  the European Union Project MOST – Mobility Scheme for Targeted People-to-People-Contacts which is directed towards expanding contacts between EU and Belarus citizens with the aim of  best practice sharing  and improving mutual understanding.

At the conference Dadykin A.K. exchanged information and contacts with representatives of different organisations dealing with similar issues. Representatives of Armenia, Bulgaria, Brazil, Spain and South-African Republic showed most interest. Positive experience allows to speak about the real perspectives of implementing  scientific ideas in the practice of creating LMS of the new type.
