State educational institution "Tver Polytechnic College" together with our branch and other colleges held a scientific and practicalstudent conference "Engineering: Past. Present. Future".
Students from the third and fourth years of specialty"Technology of Mechanical Engineering»participated in the conference. Teachers of specialized disciplines Y. V. Starotitorovaand E. A. Bakunovich prepared students at the appropriate level.
The purpose of the conference was the exchange of scientific and technical information in the field of automation, creation and adoption of advanced technologies, technological equipment, improving the quality of industrial products and the development of students’cooperation.
There was established close cooperation between the colleges. This is the first experience of participation of the college in the International student online conference.
13 online participants were able to discuss problems of engineering in the following areas: engineering technology, materials technology, robotics and complex automation, the ways of further solving problems was outlined.
Five students of the specialty "Technology of Mechanical Engineering" presented their works online on the following topics:
- “History and Prospects of the Heavy Industry of the Republic of Belarus” -a 4th year student, Doroh D.N .;
- “Past, Present and Future of Metal-Cutting Machines” - a 3rd year student, D.S Abchynets;
- “Magnetic abrasive processing in the field of mechanical engineering”, a 3rd year student, Kozlovsky Ye.A .;
-“Improvement of the technological process of manufacturing the component "Korpus A5.01.0037.00.01" on the base of the metalworking enterprise LLC" TimerTech Group" - a 4th year student, Didok R.A;
- “Evaluation of the quality level of training “ Autodesk Invertor ”in the professional activity of a technologist” - a 4th year student, Bobrov A.V.
In spite of the distance, teachers, students and the Principle of the college were able to have a scientific dialogue andstrengthen the professional interactionwithin international cooperation.
The online conference in the branch of the BNTU “MSPC” is a real opportunity to attract students to exciting scientific activities.
