In 1991, I entered the Belarusian State Pedagogical University (currently BNTU) at the instrument-making faculty with a degree in Instrument Engineering, after the third year I studied with a specialization in Biotechnical and Medical Devices and Systems. I am satisfied with my choice, because I successfully apply the acquired knowledge in my work. I have the warmest and brightest memories of the time of studying at the instrument-making faculty. And all this thanks to the wonderful and highly qualified teachers under the competent guidance of the dean of the PSF Kiselev M.G. I would like to note teachers with the highest level of engineering knowledge: Kiseleva M.G., Kolesnikov V.S., Gabts V.L., Yesman G.A., With great enthusiasm, lectures were given to us, and young teachers of the modern formation, Kolesnikov V.S., conducted practical and laboratory work. and Gabets V.L. They competently built a methodology for presenting educational material and explained information to students in an accessible way. The classes were interesting, which always guaranteed one hundred percent attendance. I entered the Department of Design and Production of Devices, after the second year I chose the specialization "Biotechnical and medical devices and systems" as one of the most promising (specialization has just opened). The group in which I studied was extraordinary - everyone's eyes were burning with interest, they visited the medical university, where we, engineers, studied anatomy and physiology. Currently, my job allows me to communicate with very interesting people from different fields: researchers, production and sales specialists, certification and metrology specialists, medical professionals, employees of various testing laboratories. I am an expert of the IEC National Committee in the Republic of Belarus, I participate in the work of the working group on medical devices in the EEC. I think that no matter what career you make, it is important to love what you do and be a professional in your field! |

After two years, he changed the direction of his activity to quality management in the international company Bureau Veritas. Subsequently, he continued his career in the field of quality management, but already in the banking system - for several years he headed the quality management department of Belagroprombank OJSC.
In addition to his main career, he took part in international audits of Quality Management Systems, gave lectures on international management standards at enterprises of the republic. A little more than ten years after graduation, he again changed the vector of activity and headed corporate management at Belinvestbank OJSC.

While still studying at the Department of Design and Production of Devices, I worked as a part-time technician at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Cardiology". There I developed a deep respect for medicine and understood the importance of the quality of medical products and equipment, whether it be a simple stethoscope or a high-tech ultrasound machine. In the last semester of my studies, I started working as a service engineer at ADANI Unitary Enterprise, where I was involved in the installation and maintenance of X-ray machines throughout Belarus. Therefore, I wrote my graduation project while on numerous business trips to regional centers and small towns. During this difficult time, I was finally convinced that it is possible to do much more than it seems, and I realized all the inconsistency of the excuses "did not have time" and "there was no time." Having worked in "ADANI" for the distribution of the prescribed period, I decided to try to find a job in Germany to see the approach and gain experience in a country known for its high quality medical equipment. So in 2016 I moved to Berlin and started working as an engineer for devices for minimally invasive surgery. In a short time I learned a lot of new things and got a lot of experience in my specialty. Remembering that you can find time for everything, in 2018, simultaneously with my work, I entered the Master's program at the University of Potsdam for an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in the field of biotechnology and medical technology.
