AVRAMENKO ALEXEY NIKOLAEVICH Born in 1977 in Minsk. Since 2006, he has worked in various positions in the Department of Transport and Communications of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. In 2012, he headed the Department of Transport and Communications of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. By the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 25, 2013 No. 656 Avramenko A.N. appointed Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus. By the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 3, 2016 No. 174 Avramenko A.N. appointed First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus.
