Research interests

  • Marketing business reengineering, decision support systems, economic informatics, IT entrepreneurship, fuzzy set theory, methodology and practice for the development of information technology and research automation systems.
  • Theory and practice of creating and improving the effectiveness of adaptive developing information and analytical decision support systems (IA DSS) with combined intelligence (K-systems).
  • Research in the field of theory and methodology of modeling and design of IA DSS, including on the basis of the use of fuzzy sets in economics and finance, reengineering and forecasting in a fuzzy formulation.

 

Professional activities

Research activities at the Institute of Electronics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (13 years old) and teaching activities at BGEU, IBMT BSU and other universities for more than 25 years, management activities at the university as head of the department for more than 10 years, management of international scientific and educational projects. Under the scientific supervision of B.A. Zhelezko prepared and defended 3 candidate dissertations.

 

Internships and research: Germany, University of Paderborn (2014, 2016), Latvia, University of Riga (2014), Slovakia, University of Ћilina (2014), Ukraine, National Transport University of Kyiv, Uzhgorod National University (2015, 2016), Moldova, Moldavian Academy of Economics, Chisinau (2015) on the FKTBUM project 543853-TEMPUS-1-DE-TEMPUS-SMNES the European Commission TEMPUS-IV program "Support for the knowledge triangle in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova."

 

Member of the International Society for Multi-Criteria Decision Making (InternationalSocietyonMultipleCriteriaDecisionMaking), editorial board of the scientific journal EasternEuropeanJournalofRegionalStudies (Moldova), participant in program committees of several international conferences in Poland and Ukraine.

 

The author of 4 inventions, 9 software tools registered in the State Fund of Algorithms and Programs.

 

Winner of the VDNH medal of the USSR.
