He is a member of the Council for the defense of dissertations K 02.05.02 at the Belarusian National Technical University, the scientific secretary of the scientific meeting for the
preliminary defense of dissertations.
He has been working at BNTU since 1995. He supervises the educational, methodological, organizational, methodological and scientific work of the department. He is the developer of
standard programs for the taught disciplines "Enterprise Statistics", "Accounting and Audit". Conducts classes in the system of advanced training of economic personnel of the Belarusian
energy system. Supervises the preparation of undergraduates and graduate students, including foreign students, research work of students. Research work of students, prepared under the
guidance of Mantserova T.F.,annually participate in Republican competitions, traditionally receive high marks and are awarded with diplomas. Actively engaged in scientific research,
the results of which are reflected in more than 80 publications. He is a co-author of the Manual on the Theory of Accounting and the Collection of Problems on the Theory of Accounting
(publishing house Amalfeya, Minsk), the first edition of which was in 2004 and is republished annually. Co-author of the "workshop on socio-economic statistics", published at the Academy
of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus in 2007. Author of the textbook "Statistics" (2007), and "Socio-economic statistics" (2009).
The area of scientific interests is the development of the foundations for restructuring the organizational structures of the management of industrial enterprises, including as a
