BIOGRAPHY
Ivaschenko Sergey Anatolyevich graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in 1975. From 1975 to 1977 he worked as a design engineer for KBTEM. Since 1977, he has been working at BNTU as an engineer, senior research fellow , associate professor, and head of department . From 1999 to 2021, he was the dean of the engineering and pedagogical faculty of BNTU. The academic degree of candidate of technical sciences was awarded in 1984 in the specialty "Mechanical Engineering Technology". The academic title of associate professor was awarded in 1991. The academic degree of doctor of technical sciences was awarded in 2003 in the specialty " Mechanical Engineering Technology " . The academic title of professor was awarded in 2011 in the specialty “Mechanical Engineering Technology ” .
SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES
Research interests: technology of forming vacuum - plasma coatings, problems of training engineering and teaching staff in the Republic of Belarus .
Participation in scientific research topics and projects: supervised the research work “Development of principles for the construction and technology of forming vacuum - plasma composite coatings operating under conditions of dry and boundary friction” of the State Scientific Research Institute “Functional and Composite Materials , Nanomaterials”; executor of the task “Development of physical and mathematical models and numerical algorithms for analyzing the processes of formation of the structure of multicomponent coatings ” of the State Scientific Research Institute “Convergence ” .

AWARDS AND INCENTIVES
