In 1978, Vladimir Vasilievich Boriseiko entered the mining and mechanical department of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute, which he successfully graduated in 1983 with a degree in Peat Machines and Complexes, qualification: mechanical engineer.
Labor activity of Boriseiko V.V. began in November 1983 as head of the Sergeevichskoye PTBO depot. From November 1986 to October 1988 he served in the ranks of the Soviet army. From 2001 to 2009, he worked as a leading engineer, chief engineer and then head of the Beltopgaz sector. From 2009 to 2014 – chief engineer of RUE “Belniitopproekt”.

From September 2014 to present Boriseiko V.V. is a аssociate рrofessor at the Mining Machines Department of the Belarusian National Technical University. At the same time, from 2014 to 2015, Vladimir Vasilyevich studied at the master’s program at BNTU with a degree in Mining Machinery. From 2016 to 2020, he was a postgraduate student at BNTU in the specialty 05.05.06 “Mining Machines” with the scientific qualification “Researcher” in the field of technical sciences.

He published 35 scientific papers, of which 16 articles in publications of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, 10 articles in collections of materials of international and republican scientific and technical conferences, 9 abstracts of conference reports. 4 teaching aids have been developed for students of specialty 1-36 10 01 (in areas), including an electronic educational and methodological complex (EUMK) for the discipline “Mountain mobile energy means”. He also received three patents for inventions in aspiration systems of peat briquette plants.

Under the leadership of Boriseyko V.V., 4 branches of the Department of Mining Machinery were created and are functioning: a branch of the department at Belgorkhimprom OJSC, a branch of the department at the Soligorsk Institute of Resource Conservation Problems with Pilot Production, a branch of the department based at the Branch of the Sergeevichskoye Peat Briquette Plant of Mingaz UP, a branch of the department at TBZ Usyazh OJSC, which are actively involved in the practice-oriented training of young specialists.

In 2023, he defended his dissertation in the specialty 02/25/10 - “Geotechnology” (underground, open-pit and construction) and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
