Since 1972, as a 3rd year student, he began working at the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute, where he was assigned in 1974 as an engineer. Finished work in the powder metallurgy association transformed from the institute in 2001 as a head. laboratories. From 2001 to 2011 - Leading Researcher at the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Since 2011, associate professor, and then professor of the Department of TiMP BNTU.

SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES

- area of scientific interests: formation of structures of multilayer porous materials based on powders of silicates and aluminosilicates with a chemically modified pore surface. Development of technological principles for the creation of composite materials for the manufacture of heat-resistant ceramic matrices with a hydrophobic nature of the surface. Development of filter compositions with gradient pore distribution. Creation of compositions based on oligomeric metal phosphates to improve the mechanical, anti-corrosion properties of ceramic, metal products and catalytic systems. Development of porous ceramics of bimodal structure based on ceramic fibers
