I, Hayriyev Azizbek , was born on July 30, 1999 in Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan. Currently I live in Karshi. Here I spent most of my life, got my education, here I am surrounded by the people dearest to me. Uzbekistan is a secular state with a great future, which is famous for its customs and traditions, kind, multinational and merciful people who will help in difficult times, share shelter and bread. The capital of Uzbekistan is Tashkent.
After graduating from the College of Information Technology with a degree in Programming, I wanted to enter our Information Technology University. But a few days before submitting the documents, I met my relative, who told me about the opening of the joint educational program “2 + 2” with BNTU at the Karshi Engineering and Economic Institute. And I, having collected all the necessary documents, managed to hand them over the day before the end of the work of the selection committee. At first, I did not know which faculty to choose, and after thinking carefully, I chose Mining. But I do not regret that I chose this faculty and this university in general. Mining is a field of human activity in the development of the bowels of the Earth. Includes all types of technogenic impact on the earth's crust, mainly the extraction of minerals, their primary processing and scientific research, associated with mining technologies. Our educational process is the same as in other universities. We study 6 days a week in the afternoon, from 13:00 to 18:00. That's 3 pairs a day. All couples are taught strictly in Russian, and all teachers speak it. Laboratory work is carried out every 10-15 days. There are 17 people in the group. The head of our joint education department is Feruza Sagdullaevna, our dear teacher, who, even before the start of the educational process, showed us the way and assisted in submitting documents. I myself have never been to Belarus, but soon, namely in the 3rd year of study, this will change, since the third year of study is held there, in the city of Minsk. My friend visited Minsk. He was in awe of the city. He especially noted the cleanliness and fresh air in the city, which is filled with greenery.
At the moment, I work as a disinfector, because I want to help my people, the state to fight the pandemic. And in my free time I solve tests given by the distance learning program, I began to read the book “Until I am I” by Dmitry Trotsky. I also do a very popular sport in our country - hand-to-hand combat.
As a student of BNTU, I want to give a couple of pieces of advice to those wishing to enter our university. The most important thing is that if you want to achieve something, do not stop in front of obstacles, whatever they may be. Study, work, work hard on yourself and you will succeed. I would also like to tell you about one feature of studying under the joint educational program “2 + 2” - after graduation, foreign students receive two diplomas, one of which is valid not only in Belarus, but throughout Europe. The second, in my case, operates in my homeland, in Uzbekistan. This is the biggest plus for me, since I will be able to get a job both in Europe and in Uzbekistan.

The Faculty of Power Engineering is one of the leading faculties of the university, which has rich experience in the training of engineering, scientific and pedagogical personnel in the field of electrical and thermal power engineering. Having chosen this specialty, I realized how important it is.
During the training, students receive deep theoretical and practical training in the disciplines related to the production, distribution and consumption of electrical energy, and master the skills of computer modeling. This allows graduates to work independently in the field of design, installation, adjustment and operation of electrical devices in industrial enterprises of various profiles, as well as in design and scientific and technical institutes.
In our institute, I constantly get opportunities to develop not only my mind, but also my soul. I am surrounded by creative people, communicating with them, I grow up and become a more worthy representative of modern society. In my opinion, another main advantage of our institute is the professional teaching staff. The versatile training received by graduates allows them to successfully work in related electrical specialties and specializations at power plants, including nuclear ones, and power grid enterprises.
One of the main reasons for my choice of BNTU is that our University gives everyone the opportunity to direct themselves on the right path, to cultivate responsibility and organization in themselves. In the future, I want to find a profession in my specialty. This will help me and a double-sided diploma. I am sure that I can become a sought-after and useful person.
