The competition is held annually in accordance with the Regulations on the Procedure for Awarding and Paying Presidential Scholarships to Students, Cadets, and Postgraduate Students, approved by Presidential Decree No. 398 of September 6, 2011, "On Social Support for Students"
The competition aims to encourage creativity among postgraduate students, enhance the effectiveness and quality of their research, and promote the practical application of their findings.
Postgraduate students who receive the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Belarus in the current calendar year must submit a report on their research and academic activities by December 1.
