Admission of foreign citizens

FOREIGN DIPLOMAS AND DEGREES RECOGNITION

ATTENTION! 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions documents are accepted by regular post only! 

Consultations are available via email ( enicbelarus@nihe.by ) and by phone (+375172281313). 

Certificates are issued on TUESDAY and FRIDAY.

Required documents 

1. Filled in application form ( download application form ),
2. copy of passport or other official ID document (pages with personal data)*,
3. notarized and legalized copy of the qualification (diploma, degree, certificate) 
4. notarized and legalized copy of the transcript or Diploma Supplement (the transcript or Diploma Supplement must contain information about workload – hours, credits),
5. notarized translation of the qualification (diploma, degree, certificate) into Russian or Belarusian,
6. notarized translation of the transcript or Diploma Supplement into Russian or Belarusian,
7. 4 color photos 3x4 cm for official documents (please indicate documents holder name on the reverse side)**,
8. confirmation of payment (see "How to pay").

*if the documents holder currently has a different name than the one indicated on the educational document– additional confirmation document must be provided (marriage certificate, change of name certificate etc.)

**if several qualifications (diploma, degree, certificate) are submitted please provide 4 photos for each qualification

IMPORTANT: In case of full recognition a timeless certificate is issued. The certificate is not sent by post, and is issued to the documents holder or his legal representative (power of attorney is required). Please take this into account when submitting documents!

How to pay

Payment is made in 2 steps:

1) payment of an administrative fee when submitting documents (2.90 BYN)

Purpose of payment: recognition of a document on education issued to a person in a foreign state, and the establishment of its equivalence (compliance) with the document on education of the Republic of Belarus, acc. Decree of the President No. 200 dated April 26, 2010 

Amount: 0.1 base unit (2.90 BYN).

2) payment for the certificate of recognition (80 BYN). This fee is additionally paid in case of full recognition. The invoice is sent to the applicant by e-mail.
