The purpose of career guidance testing is to study interests, inclinations, abilities, professional preferences, motives for choosing a profession, individual psychological characteristics at different age stages for professional self-determination.

Career guidance testing is carried out for students in grades 5-7, 8-11 for the purpose of early career guidance psychodiagnostics using modern psychodiagnostic techniques. Psychodiagnostic testing is aimed at studying the personal potential of students, to assist in determining the appropriate profile of education, to determine the list of professions that are most suitable, taking into account interests, abilities and personal characteristics, to determine options for additional development and conscious professional choice.

Individual career guidance testing is an integral part of individual career guidance counseling.

Remote career guidance testing takes place online, using a technical device with Internet access. The result of testing is information about the studied personality traits of students, as well as recommended professions, according to individual psychological qualities and professional inclinations of the individual.

The purpose of career guidance counseling is to assist high school students in professional self-determination, choosing a profession, professional adaptation, taking into account individual psychological characteristics, personality abilities, in accordance with the requirements of the profession and selecting the most optimal areas for further professional development.

Stages of work:

• Introductory stage. Individual psychological conversation to find out the motivation for choosing a profession.
• Stage of personal psychological diagnostics:
  - diagnostics of individual psychological properties of the personality;
  – study of professional preferences, etc.
• Final conversation
  - analysis of the data obtained based on the results of psychological diagnostics;
  - the ratio of individual psychological characteristics, professional inclinations of the individual with the requirements of various professions, the selection of optimal directions;
  - final recommendations on choosing a profession and options for admission.
