• providing access to the Internet for BNTU employees;
• creation of electronic mailboxes in the bntu.by domain for university employees;
  
• installation of the software necessary for operation on users' computers;
• connection of the user to a computer network;
• resolving issues related to the correct operation of computers, office equipment, e-mail;
• multimedia support of meetings, conferences, official events.
