The manuscript of the article is in docx file format.
A scanned copy of the manuscript with the authors' signatures in a separate pdf file.
A scanned copy of an extract from the minutes of the department meeting.
A scanned copy of the expert opinion on the possibility of publication.

The materials of the manuscript must be signed by the author(s), which also confirms their acceptance of the rules of editorial ethics of the collection, developed taking into account international norms and rules, as well as consent to the processing of personal data.

Styles from the sample should be used in the design of the manuscript.:
The usual one is for the text of the article in paragraphs.
Without a paragraph — for text typed without paragraph indentation (UDC, full name, etc.)
Annotation — for the text of the abstract and keywords
Body of the figure — for the image (figure)
N/Fig. — the signature of the figure
Body of the table. — for the text of the table (inside the table)
N/table. — signature-table title
The body of the formula is for formulas
Title — for the title of the article
The subtitle is for section headings.
Eng Title — for the title of the article in English.
The use of other styles or the design of parts of the document without using styles or other fonts is prohibited.
The volume of a scientific article on the topic of the dissertation should be at least 0.35 of the author's sheet (14,000 printed characters, including spaces between words, punctuation marks, numbers, etc.).
Manuscripts designed without taking these requirements into account will not be accepted for consideration.
The editorial board does not accept articles previously published in other collections or scientific publications. The authors are responsible for the fact that the material has already been published before. The editorial board does not accept materials that contain incorrect borrowings (including the use of results belonging to other persons without references to the author and source), as well as materials generated using neural networks.
Please note that the scientific article is a complete and logically integral work devoted to a specific issue that is part of the range of problems (tasks) to be solved during the research. The scientific article reveals the results that require detailed presentation and argumentation.
The title of the article should reflect the main idea of the performed research, be brief, and contain keywords. A scientific article published in a publication included in the list of scientific publications of the Republic of Belarus for publishing the results of dissertation research should include the following elements: abstract; surname and initials of the author(s) the article, its title; introduction; the main part, including graphs and other illustrative material (if any); conclusion, concluding with clearly formulated conclusions; list of cited sources; the date of receipt of the article by the editorial office of the printed publication. list of accepted designations and abbreviations (if necessary); abstract in English.
The abstract should clearly state the content of the article and be suitable for publication in journal abstracts separately from the article. The introduction provides a brief overview of the literature on this issue, indicates previously unresolved issues, forms and justifies the purpose of the work and, if necessary, indicates its connection with important scientific and practical areas. The analysis of the sources used in the preparation of a scientific article should indicate the knowledge of the author(s) of the article of scientific achievements in the relevant field. References to the works of other authors, including foreign publications in the field (if any), are mandatory. The main part of the article should contain a description of the methodology, equipment, materials, research objects and provide detailed coverage of the content of the research conducted by the author(s). The results obtained should be analyzed in terms of their reliability, scientific novelty and compared with the relevant known data. The main part of the article can be divided into subsections (with explanatory headings) and contain an analysis of recent publications dealing with issues related to these subsections. The illustrations, formulas, equations, and footnotes found in the article are numbered according to the order of citation in the text. In conclusion, the main results obtained by the author are summarized.
General rules for accepting articles for publication:
The authors of articles can be teachers, researchers, postgraduates, doctoral students, applicants, and industry workers.;
An extract from the minutes of the department meeting and an expert opinion should be submitted to the editorial office with the article.;
Foreign citizens must submit together with the article a cover letter on official letterhead from the rector (Vice-rector for Science) of their university or research institution. In other cases, the decision to accept an article is made by the editorial board of the collection.;
articles submitted to the editorial office of the collection are registered in accordance with the established procedure.;
the author's fee for the publication of the article is not paid;
persons studying in educational institutions and organizations implementing educational programs of science-oriented education are given the opportunity to publish their scientific articles as a matter of priority in the year of graduation (the author must inform about this by a cover letter confirming the period of study);
Materials sent to the editorial office will not be returned to the authors.;
The editorial board reserves the right to make changes to the rules for the design of articles in connection with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus and the decisions of the editorial board of the collection.
