Research area:
research and development of the structure and design of converters of ionizing and solar energy into electrical energy based on multilayer semiconductor structures;
analysis of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with semiconductor p-n structures and the development of measuring transducers of radiation based on them;
research and synthesis of the design of non-traditional sources of electrical energy.
He has been working at the department since 2007, at BNTU for 40 years.
Under his leadership, 1 candidate, 6 master's theses were defended.
