M.A. Sednina has been working at BNTU since 2002. After receiving her master's degree, she was appointed as an assistant in the Department of Political Science, Sociology, and Social Management, where in 2010 she was selected through a competition for the position of senior lecturer. Since 2011, she has been working as a senior lecturer in the Department of Information Technologies in Management of the International Institute of Distance Education of BNTU. On July 1, 2014, she was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the International Institute of Distance Education of BNTU. On September 21, 2020, she was transferred to the position of Director of the International Institute of Distance Education of BNTU.
In 2005, she completed her postgraduate study at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, specializing in 08.00.05 "Economics and Management of the National Economy."
In 2011, she graduated from the Belarusian State University Higher School of Economics (BSU HSE) with a retraining major in "Modern Technologies in University Education" and received the qualification of "Higher School Teacher." In 2017, she graduated from the Belarusian State
University Higher School of Economics (BSU HSE) with a retraining major in "Teaching in English" and received the qualification of "Teacher with Knowledge of English." In 2017, the International Institute of Distance Education at BNTU launched a new program—organizing educational processes for foreign citizens in English. Within this program, M.A. Sednina coordinates the work of the university's departments in teaching international students in English. She participates in the development of curricula, programs, and educational and methodological documentation for BNTU specialties that provide full-time instruction in English, as well as the selection and professional development of teachers working with international students in English.
As part of international projects in Sri Lanka, France, and the USA, educational processes in English have been organized in the following areas:

  1. Training of foreign citizens in 1st degree higher education programs (qualification program - "engineer" at BNTU) at the BNTU International Training Center in Sri Lanka in the specialties 1-36 01 01 "Mechanical Engineering Technology" and 1-70 02 01 "Industrial and Civil Construction" with full and shortened terms of study.
  2. Training of foreign citizens within the framework of the International Program for the Training of Junior Specialists in Engineering (AIPE) in the specialty 1-53 01 01 "Automation of Technological Processes and Production" in English under the BNTU-ESIGELEC agreement (Rouen, France).
  3. Training of foreign citizens under the Associate Program in Management (AIPM) in the specialty 1-26 02 02 "Management" in English under an agreement between BNTU and Montpellier Business School (Montpellier, France).
  4. Training of foreign citizens at BNTU in English in the following specialties: 1-40 05 01 "Information systems and technologies", 1-53 01 01 "Automation of technological processes and production", 1-38 02 02 "Biotechnical and medical devices and systems", 1-37 01 06 "Technical operation of vehicles", 1-36 01 01 "Mechanical engineering technology" at the relevant faculties.
  5. Training of foreign citizens within the framework of a joint transfer program under the “2+2” scheme between BNTU and ČSUS (California State University, Sacramento, USA).
