Awards and Recognition:

Laureate of the International Alferov Foundation Prize for Support of Education and Science (2017).
Scholarship holder of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Support of Young Scientists (2018).
Awarded a Letter of Gratitude from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for a significant contribution to the development of science and innovation (2020).
Awarded an Honorary Certificate of BNTU for effective and high-quality work (2026).

Main Disciplines Taught:

– Transducers for Non-Electrical Quantities.
– Technical Means of Information and Measurement Technology.

Research:

The main direction is the development of charge-sensitive methods for monitoring the properties of materials (metals, alloys, semiconductors, dielectrics) and tracking their changes under external influences.
A unique method has been proposed, and technical means have been developed for measuring and analyzing the distribution of fundamental parameters of solids – the electron work function and surface electrostatic potential (intrinsic or induced by external factors).
Based on these methods, a series of instruments for the microelectronics industry has been developed and implemented. These developments have twice been awarded 2nd-degree diplomas and silver medals for "Best Innovative Project and Best Scientific-Technical Development of the Year" at the St. Petersburg Technical Fair "HI-TECH" (2014, 2020).
The results of scientific research and applied developments are also being integrated into the educational process.

Supervision of Students and Master's Students:

He supervises the research work of students and master's students at the Student Research Laboratory "Instrument Engineering" based at the Semiconductor Technology Research Laboratory. Under his supervision, students have been awarded 5 grants from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

The main results of his scientific activity are associated with the implementation of research and development work within the framework of:

– Activities of the Union State programs "Cosmos NT" (2013), "Monitoring-SG" (2013, 2015);
– Tasks of state research programs "Microelectronics" (2016, 2019), "National Standards and High-Tech Research Equipment" (2026), "Scientific-Methodological and Material-Technical Support of the Educational Process" (2026–2030);
– A grant from the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research within the competition for Belarusian-Russian projects (2026–2029).

Publication Activity:

Author of about 250 scientific works, including 3 co-authored monographs, more than 35 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, 1 patent for an invention, and 4 teaching aids.

Expert Activities:

Since 2023, member of the Expert Council of the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research (BRFFR) on problems of radio electronics and instrument engineering.
Since 2026, member of the Scientific and Technical Council for the subprogram "Control and Measuring Instruments and Intelligent Control Systems" of the state scientific and technical program "Innovative Technologies and Techniques for the Machine-Building Complex."
