International relations and cooperation
The Institute participates in the development and implementation of a number of international joint educational programs with educational institutions and organizations in Sri Lanka, France, the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, Uzbekistan, and Malaysia.
Since 2016, a Cooperation Agreement has been in effect between BNTU and the Sri Lankan organization American International Campus. This Agreement regulates the terms and conditions of cooperation for the training of students in higher education programs at the BNTU International Training Center in Sri Lanka. On the Belarusian side, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs implements these educational programs.
Since July 2019, a Cooperation Agreement has been in effect between American International Campus (Sri Lanka), BNTU, and the ESIGELEC Higher Engineering School in Rouen (France). This Agreement covers the implementation of a joint educational program (a two-year general engineering program in the Republic of Belarus and a three-year engineering program in France), culminating in a French master's degree in engineering.
In 2022, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between BNTU and Nur Fayz Komleks LLC (Samarkand, Uzbekistan) to establish a joint BNTU information and educational service office in Samarkand, through which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will organize its educational activities in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is participating in the implementation of a joint educational program between BNTU and the Islam Karimov Tashkent State Technical University. The Institute is also a party to numerous inter-university and inter-departmental agreements with other educational institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan (Navoi State University, Namangan State University, Tashkent State Transport University, Samarkand State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Urgench State University, etc.).
In 2023, the advanced higher education program "Management" in English was launched for Chinese citizens.
In 2024, the advanced higher education program "Management" with a specialization in "Information Technology" opened for Chinese citizens in English.

The first enrollment was completed for the joint educational program between BNTU and TASU (Tashkent State Architectural University) in the general higher education specialization "Engineering Economics (BIM Technologies and Construction Management)" through distance learning.
The first enrollment was completed for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the joint educational program "BNTU-TSTU" in the general higher education specialization "Economics and Management" through distance learning.
The first enrollment was completed for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the joint educational program "BNTU-TashSTU" in the advanced higher education specialization "Management" through distance learning.
The advanced higher education program "Management" with a specialization in "Management" opened for Chinese citizens. "Legal Support for Business" in English.
Agreements on the implementation of joint educational programs with universities in the Russian Federation, China, Uzbekistan, and Malaysia are currently under discussion and preparation.
To implement its educational programs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs actively collaborates with recruiting organizations from the Russian Federation, Uzbekistan, Sri Lanka, China, Georgia, Lebanon, and other countries.
Currently, 199 foreign nationals (34%) are studying at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Of these,
