Transfer, reinstatement, and transfer of credits are carried out during the summer or winter holidays.
For transfer from another educational institution, the following documents must be attached to the application:
1) a certificate stating that the citizen is a student, with the name of the specialty and course of study;
2) a copy of the student's record book or progress book, certified by the head of the educational institution where the student is studying, or by an authorized representative.
For reinstatement, the following documents must be attached to the application:
1) the original educational document;
2) a certificate of education or other educational document (if necessary);
3) a medical certificate.
4) 6 photographs measuring 3 x 4 centimeters.
