Today, January 31, the Centralized Rehearsal Testing (CRT) is being held across the country. Tests are being held at 144 locations, one of which, as always, is the Belarusian National Technical University.

Over 61,000 applicants are testing their knowledge of Russian or Belarusian, or one of their chosen subject areas (physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, foreign languages, Belarusian history in the context of world history, social studies, or geography). In Minsk, over 13,000 eleventh-graders registered, of which over 2,000 were accepted by BNTU. Three academic buildings and 67 classrooms were used to organize the exam at the Polytechnic University.

The most popular subjects at BNTU, as well as nationwide, were Russian (821 registered) and mathematics (542 registered). The smallest number of participants – one – was registered for Spanish.

Before the exam, an atmosphere of concentration and anticipation permeated the campus. After speaking with the students, we found that the level of anxiety among them was moderate, as one applicant noted, "this is an opportunity to understand which topics are weak and improve them." Incidentally, participants will be able to dispel the suspense and learn their results no later than February 28th.

The Centralized Rehearsal Testing has begun, and we wish its participants not only strong results but also successful preparation for the real tests. Here's a reminder of the schedule approved by the Ministry of Education:

The reserve days for the Centralized Exam partially overlap with the reserve days for the Centralized Testing – June 20th (elective subject) and June 22nd (Belarusian and Russian languages).

Once again, we wish the students success in their admissions process and look forward to seeing them at BNTU for the 2026 admissions campaign.
